1. COMPUTER

The Institute has the most modern computer facilities with Internet facility for the academic benefit of students and staff. The CADIAN 2008 legal software is made available.


2. LIBRARY

One of the biggest assets of the Institute is its magnificent central library which houses more than 31267 volumes, reputed national and international journals valued over Rs. 35 lakhs. The library facility can be available by business executives, teaching community, students and research scholar. A separate library facility is provided for CNCVC Women College with more than 3527 volumes of latest books for references and reputed National and International journals, project reports, case study reports value over Rs. 16 lakhs. Open access is permitted to the students. The Interior design department has more than 3527 volumes of latest books for references and reputed National and International journals, project reports, case study reports value over Rs. lakhs. The students has the open access to library.


3. THE CAMPUS

The Institute campus has an area of 11 acres located in a picture square surrounding away from the dust and din of Kolhapur city. Towards the East is the Army Golf course, on the West stands the imposing structure of Shivaji University and garlanded by lush green meadows. The separate three storied building for College of Non-Conventional Vocational Courses For Women consists of class rooms, audio-visual room, administrative room, library, conference hall, Computer, laboratories reading room, ladies room, faculty room, work shop, etc.


4. STUDENT LIVING

The Institute provides various sports facility to the students and has won a number of medals and trophies at the Inter-University level, various State level and National level sports events of the Shivaji University. The Institute provides separate well maintained hostels for men and Women in the sprawling campus. There are facility for indoor games like carom, table tennis, chess, etc.


5. EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES AND CONSULTANCY

The College organizes a series of Management Development Programmes to provide opportunities to working executives to update their knowledge and skills through exposure to modern management concepts techniques and research. It also conducts need-based training programmes to various areas of Management. Further, it provides necessary facilities and other related services to business and non-business organization particularly to small industries to help them to improve their productivity, efficiency and profitability.


6. ALUMNI

With strength of more than 1000 ex-students, the college alumni is the pride of the Institute. The aim of this association is to stimulate the National and International network between alumni students and staff of the college and the business community in general. It facilitates communication and creates the right path for building a proper network.


7. PLACEMENT

The College extends all the help and facilities to private and public organization in conducting in-campus interviews to meet their man power requirements. Counseling of students for jobs and career are also extended.

8. SCHOLARSHIP FELLOWSHIP

The Students can apply for fellowship/scholarship as per the rules of sponsoring organizations through Institute. Award of fellowship or scholarship is made/continued subject to the fulfillment of the conditions such as regular attendance, good behavior and satisfactory progress in studies.

9. REMEDIAL CLASSES

Remedial classes are available for those students who are weak in a study special classes are also arranged for such students.

10. COUNSELLING

The College offers counseling services to students in career development, personality development, etc.

12. SELECTION PROCEDURE: GENERAL RULES

1] Students are admitted to the Course as per the College rules.

2] Every student must attend classes regularly and punctually and complete her class work, Tutorial, Seminar, Assignments :field works etc. as per schedule.

3] No student shall be allowed to appear for the examination unless she satisfied the rules that may be made from time to time by the college authorities.

4] Students should read the prospectus carefully. The rules contained in the prospectus and the rules of the Institute that may be made from time to time are binding on the students and their guardians.

5] The fee prescribed for the Course must be paid at the time of admission failure to do so shall result in cancellation of admission. If a student is entitled to any government scholarship or free-ship, the amount of such scholarship or free-ship will be paid to her when it is received.

6] Every student must pay particular attention to Field Work Project Work etc. She must remain in contact with the faculty incharge.

7] No candidate shall be consider to have pursued the regular course of study unless the head of department certifies 80% attendance.

8] Students will be given special lecture and case studies by the invited subject experts to gain deep knowledge in the subjects. Attendance for the same is compulsory.

9] A very high standard discipline regularity and punctuality is expected form the students. Failure on this account will be viewed seriously.

10] Students other than Shivaji University must submit the application for eligibility along with the original marklists, Leaving/Transference and Migration Certificates and the prescribed fee should be paid within a fortnight from the date of admission. In case of failure their admission will be cancelled and no complete will be entertained.

11] In case of cancellation of admission refund of fee will be given as per the rules and regulations of the Shivaji University.

12] In order to appraise the students day to day performance, student parents and teacher meting will be held in every term.
